URGENT – Junior Training Cancelled tonight due to the weather

Due to the persistent rain and with no sign of improvement we have decided to cancel Erme Valley Harriers Junior Training tonight at Ivybridge Community College
The tracks get very slippery and we cannot throw or jump safely.

Hopefully we will be back to normal next week.
Please pass on this message to anyone you may know who would normally attend.

Good luck to all those representing their schools in Saturday’s Devon Schools championships.

Well done to the 60 Seniors and Juniors who took part in the first Fun club relay in Filham
It was a brilliant evening if a bit chaotic at times
the atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Well done to Pete for setting it up and to all our team of helpers and marshals

Results are posted here >>>

We look forward to the next one.

The results from the June handicap have also been posted

EVH donation from Ivybridge 10K to WATER

Erme Valley Harriers were very pleased to donate £500 to the Wild About the Erme River Charity (WATER) following the Ivybridge 10K.
These were from the runners who decided not to receive a T-shirt and sales of T-shirts to the members.
is a catchment-focused environmental charity working to restore the Erme River, its tributaries and habitat to their naturally healthy state.
The aim of this local charity is to safeguard people and wildlife from the harmful effects of pollution and to protect and improve the water quality and biodiversity of the Erme’s entire catchment area, its estuary and beaches.
