Success for Barry and Cornish Marathon

It was a quieter weekend for our athletes but we still has some successes.

On Saturday Barry Neal won his 1st ever age category prize finishing top v40 at the Devon trail 10k. 14th out of 91.
His time was 52.28 and Barry described it as muddy but fun.

Meanwhile on the Sunday we had two ladies in the tough Cornish Marathon.
They both won their age group
Helen Chapell was 84th in 2.50.26 and Alison Engledew was 181stin 4.23.50
Helen was 1st FV55 and Alison first Fv65

Meanwhile Marc Rinagl completed the Black Beacon 80km Ultra on Saturday from one side of the Brecon Beacons to the other.
