We now have a QR code for our training venues so you can check in using the new NHS app.
We will still maintain a paper register so don’t forget to check in.

Please remember the rules on social distancing at sessions before and after the runs. Please make sure you do not congregate in groups of more than 6 at any time and especially near the entrance to the Rugby Club car park. There is also a risk of an accident here with cars coming into the car park. Please ensure you follow the government guidelines on hygiene and of course the 2m rule still applies. If we all follow this then we can do our bit to stop the spread of the virus.

London Virtual Marathon

Many congratulations to all of our EVH members who took part in the ‘Virtual London Marathon’  on Sunday 4th October. An amazing achievement for all runners and a massive shout out for all of the support they received. From running and walking with them to cheering them on in the wind and rain. True club spirit 👊

The most impressive performance was of course Lindsay Lane who despite undergoing cancer treatment, still managed to complete the 26.2 miles with Richard and a host of supporters from the club including some who had done their marathon earlier in the day. She is a true inspiration to us all.
