This weeks Tuesday session is the same for all with a familiarization run around the new 2 lap Summer handicap route through Filham
It should suit everyone even if they only do one lap. the first summer Handicap takes place next Tuesday (April 1st)
Hopefully everyone has seen the email about helping with the Ivybridge 10K on Saturday May 17th. Please let Keith know if you can help.

Dave and Alison Engledew took part in the Forest of Dean Spring Trails Half on Sunday. It was the qualifying race for England Masters Trail Running so it attracted stiff competition from all over the country. Anyone finishing in the first 4 of each age group will be offered an opportunity to represent England Masters in the September ‘Forest of Dean Autumn Trails Half Marathon’.
As Dave finished 2nd, he definitely qualifies but, as 5th,Alison needs to wait to see if all four of the faster V65 ladies were registered.She is keeping everything crossed!Dave – Chip time:1.40.03 (2nd MV65) Alison – Chip time: 1.55.43 (5th FV65)

Charlie Kendrick did the Bournemouth Bay 10K in 54.27
Remember we have the County Champs Fell race at the end of the month – which the club will pay entry fees for, people can speak to Chris Prall if they want more details. And also it is the Spring Warm Up Track and Field event at Brickfields on 6th April. Tom will be there in team manager capacity to support juniors and seniors, a good opportunity to try something different – there are some middle distance races for seniors/vets such 1500m and 3000m as well as the shorter events.
