The  Couch to 5K programme continues on an ongoing basis from the Rugby Club, but new runners can join at any time

Juniors Training

We have a junior section who meet at Ivybridge Community College on a Thursday evening and have two sessions, One at 5.45- 6.50pm for U11’s and 7 – 8 for the older juniors. Min age is 8.
We meet in the sports hall in the winter months and use the outside tracks in the summer. All are welcome to come along. We offer 2 weeks free before joining

Well done to all those who took part in the Devon Open on Sunday in showery cool conditions.
Particularly well done to Isabella Trowell, Isabelle Drew and Frey Norris who all did the Pentathlon.
They all set pb’s. Also well done to Erin and Thomas who competed on the track for the first time.
Results will be posted on the Track and Field page.
Also we need names for the next SW League on this  Sunday June 2nd (U13 and above only). See the Track and Field page for timetable.

Training this week as it half term (30th May) will be just one session from 6 – 7.15
We will moving our year 6 athletes up to the later session from June 6th as discussed.
