The Couch to 5K programme continues on an ongoing basis from the Rugby Club, but new runners can join at any time

Juniors Training
We have a junior section who meet at Ivybridge Community College on a Thursday evening and have two sessions, One at 5.45- 6.50pm for U11’s and 7 – 8 for the older juniors. Min age is 8.
We meet in the sports hall in the winter months and use the outside tracks in the summer. All are welcome to come along. We offer 2 weeks free before joining

We were advised by England Athletics that it would be unsafe to train in temperatures over 30 degrees
The relays went very well and both our junior teams did well
