The club holds regular training sessions for both seniors and juniors.

Seniors Training

Tuesdays & Fridays at 6:00pm from Ivybridge Rugby Club,

Friday training sessions resume on  9th January

The  Couch to 5K programme continues on an ongoing basis from the Rugby Club, but new runners can join at any time
Anyone is welcome and it is free to join at any tine however. Call Sharon on 01752 894494 for more details.

Juniors Training

We have a junior section who meet at Ivybridge Community College on a Thursday evening and have two sessions, One at 5.45- 6.50pm for U11’s and 7 – 8 for the older juniors. Min age is 8.
We meet in the sports hall in the winter months and use the outside tracks in the summer. All are welcome to come along. We offer 2 weeks free before joining

The new track and field season began officially on 1st April when the new age groups have been introduced.
These will be U10 (years 3 & 4), U12 (years 5 & 6), U14 (years 7 & 8), U16 (years 9 & 10) U18 (years 11 & 12)
The season continues this coming Saturday with the Ken Trickey Open at Exeter
There is a full program of events for everyone including an Quadrathlon for U10's

There is then the Devon Open again at Exeter on Sunday 26th

There will again be just a single session again this week due to the Easter holidays which will be outside.
That is from 6 until 7.15pm. We can hopefully use the sports hall if it wet
We have the club presentation evening on Thursday 23rd April instead of training
