The latest Westward League was held on Sunday at Exeter and included the Devon County Cross Country Championships
We had some good results with medals in various races and categories.
The U13 Girls team won the Gold medal with Oceana Tolfree,Harriet Rogers, and Freya Norris finishing together in 7th,8th and 9th
Araliya unfortunately had to drop out due to not feeling well in the race.
in the Women’s race Liz Bristow won the gold in the FV50, Lynn Whitfield won silver in the Fv55 category and Jenny Hayes the bronze in the FV45.
in the Men’s race Alister Bristow was the Gold medalist in the V50 category and Chris Prall won the bronze in the V40’s.
In the Westward League Jenny Hayes was our fastest female in 57th and in the Men’s it was Charlie Milward in 40th.
We also had 3 U11 boys who ran, Will Rogers (7th)was just ahead of Arthur Nicholson in 8th and Alfie Carroll was 41st
Well done to all who took part in very muddy conditions and to those who helped and spectated.

There are a number of races on this coming weekend and Tom is still taking names for the Armada Relays on 15th December.
