The following week is half term and we will be holding just one session from 6 – 7.15pm in the Sportshall for all age groups

Congratulation to Luke on his selection for the English Schools Cross Country team.

Well done to all our juniors who came along to the Westward League cross country in Plymouth on Saturday 8th February. It was really good to see some new faces there as well. The club results are shown here >>>

The next Sportshall League match is on Sunday 23rd February in Plymouth, we hope for a good turnout although it is the end of the half term break.
Timetable is shown here >>>
We are still in the overall lead but there are individual medal points to be gained and also an opportunity for late selection in the Regional team.

If you need any information then please speak to one of us at training.

We held the most recent Westward League in Central Park on  SATURDAY 8th because of the FA Cup match
between Plymouth Argyle and Liverpool on the Sunday.
Although the numbers were a bit down we managed to get some great results.
Can I also thank all our club helpers who marshaled and officiated on the day. You did us proud.
