Dear All

We hope you are all keeping well during this unprecedented situation which is affecting us all.
Nothing has changed with regard to training and events We are still following the instructions from our governing body England Athletics where we have been advised that all athletics training, competition, meetings, course and events should be cancelled at least the end of April. I am sorry if this is disappointing news for you but we have to protect you the members and the public.
The Rugby Club and Ivybridge Community College have also closed their community sports facilities until further notice
This means there will be no senior or junior training until June at the earliest. This is following the latest statement from England Athletics issued on 24th March. It is also very clear that face to face coaching is banned.

Following the latest guidelines on social distancing, we would ask now that you train alone or with a family member who lives in the same house. Please do not meet up with others even it it just a few of you.
Also when you train, do so away from busy areas and ensure you keep at least two metres away from anyone you meet.
If we all follow this, the crisis will be over much quicker and lives will be saved.
If any of you need help and support in any way please contact me on and we will endeavour to help.
Keep well and safe.

Ivybridge 10K Postponed

Unfortunately due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation we have had to take the painful decision to postpone the Ivybridge 10K until later in the year.
We have not yet finalised a date, but it is likely to be in September and possibly midweek. We have to get agreement from Devon Highways and the Rugby Club before we can confirm.
We have suspended entries until we confirm the new date. Those who have already entered will be contacted with the new date. If you cannot make that date a refund will be offered. Please do not email us at the moment.
