Team at Dawlish 18 Nov (2)

The clubs juniors athletes were in Sportshall action this weekend at Dawlish and did extremely well. They came away with 51 Devon County Championship medals which is superb. They also were able to win the match on the day taking the team to just 8 points behind overall leaders Plymouth. It is very much game on now for the title.
There were two new club records set on the day in the U15 girls age group.
Ella Isiais set a new Triple jump record and Paige Johnson set a new speed bounce record of 90 bounces.
There were a number of multi medals winners including Rose Bruynseels ,Izzy Firth, Libby Kirby, Holly Dingley, George Benton, Callum Ryrie, Luke Hayes, Finlay Bechley, Adam Dingley, Andreas Isiais,  Olivia Travers and Page and Ella.

On the road we had runners in the inaugural running of the Lopwell Loop race put on by Storm. The race is over a 12km hilly route starting in Tamerton.

The next Breakfast Run will be on Sunday 25th November – ready to run at 9.00am.
Running from Wrangaton Golf Club. An approximate 4 mile run half road – half moorland. Refreshment and changing afterwards in the clubhouse for those wishing to stay. Walking alternative available.
