It was a busy weekend for our athletes with a number of events taking place far and wide.
Mike Hoskin did the Snowdonia Trail Ultra marathon finishing 77th in 8.50.09. In the Marathon Allistair Bristow was 35th in 4.24.36 and was 4th V40 Man. In the Half Marathon Liz Bowden was 472nd in 3.30.37. Ali and Liz are pictured above with Snoop the dog on the podium.
In the Muddy Duck 10K held at Plymstock which is part of the Armada GP we had the following runners taking part.

Linda Bracher also tackled the full Ironman course in Bolton but had to drop out on the Bike course. It was a great effort in what is a tough high standard event
We also had a number of athletes on the track both days.
Ella Isaias was 6th in the Junior Girls High Jump at the English Schools final jumping 1.59m and Estelle Hodges took part in the 80m Hurdles clocking 12.97s into a strong headwind in her heat
Nathan made a welcome return to track competition at the SAL in Basingstoke. He recorded a steady 4.24.7 with Liam just behind him in 4.34.1
At a very sunny Devon Open in Tavistock there were two new club records set. Adam Dingley broke the record in the 75m Hurdles with a time of 13.08 and Angus Harris set a new shot record of 6.49m in the U13 Boys.
